Role Overview

shape the revenue trajectory of one of India's fastest-scaling AI startups in the BFSI space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership:

    With a strong foothold in top-tier BFSI and fintech, we’re now seeking a leader to expand those relationships and drive scale across mid-tier accounts
  • Strategic Account Partnerships:

    Establish, deepen, and expand C-level relationships, ensuring long-term growth through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic engagement.
  • Revenue & P&L Impact:

    Take direct accountability for revenue targets, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and portfolio profitability.
  • High-Stakes Negotiation:

    Lead complex enterprise SaaS/tech deal negotiations with credibility and conviction.
  • Market Development

    : Represent Fundamento in high-visibility forums, panels, and client events, becoming a trusted industry voice.
  • Leadership Collaboration:

    Work closely with founders to shape pricing, GTM, and account strategy, ensuring alignment with Fundamento’s growth trajectory.
  • Mentorship:

    Guide and groom sales team members as we scale, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

    8–12 years in SaaS/tech enterprise sales, with a strong track record of closing large enterprise deals (₹1 Cr+ ARR or multi-million-dollar TCV).
  • Industry Depth:

    Strong understanding of financial services, fintech, or BFSI ecosystems.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and P&L-oriented, comfortable owning revenue numbers end-to-end.
  • Gravitas to represent Fundamento with CXOs and industry leaders.
  • Mindset:

    Strategic, entrepreneurial, resilient under pressure, and hungry to take on revenue leadership responsibilities in the near future.
