Role Overview As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing prompts that initiate every customer-AI interaction. The quality of your instructions directly impacts the intelligence and human-like qualities of our AI. This role combines creativity with problem-solving, enabling quick experimentation and delivering significant impact on how millions of individuals interact with AI. Key Responsibilities Prompt Design: Develop structured and impactful prompts and conversation flows to guide AI agents through real-world customer scenarios. Testing and Optimization: Conduct experiments to enhance prompts, refine model accuracy, and address unique scenarios. Quality Assurance: Audit AI outputs, troubleshoot unexpected behaviors, and establish protocols to ensure consistency and reliability. Data Analysis: Analyze customer interactions to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing AI performance. Collaboration: Engage closely with Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams to align AI behavior with client requirements and business objectives. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of advancements in large language models and prompt engineering best practices to introduce innovative solutions to the team. Who We're Looking For We seek individuals with a curiosity for problem-solving, exceptional written skills to simplify complex instructions, analytical thinking to identify patterns and make improvements, a passion for experimentation and rapid learning, and experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Llama, or basic Python/APIs. Qualifications We welcome recent graduates in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, AI, Product Design, or related fields with exposure to large language models. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and a demonstrated passion for AI, voice tech, or conversational UX is preferred. Ideally, candidates should have 2 years of experience in similar roles or projects.
