Quality Auditor

As a Quality Auditor at Fundamento, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the quality of interactions handled by AI voice bots. Your main responsibilities will include: - Audit sample AI-handled calls to assess conversation quality, accuracy, and customer experience. - Identify any gaps, misinterpretations, or errors in conversations and propose actionable improvements. - Create clear and structured audit reports containing findings, insights, and recommendations. - Share audit reports with enterprise customers and work with internal teams to address identified issues. - Develop a deep understanding of the Fundamento platform, customer use cases, and enterprise needs. - Communicate recurring issues, bugs, and edge cases effectively to product and engineering teams. - Assist in testing new features and provide well-organized feedback. - Monitor and report key quality metrics for internal dashboards and client evaluations. - Continuously suggest process enhancements to boost bot performance and audit efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Engineering, Business, or related fields. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a bonus. - Ability to create professional reports and deliver findings to enterprise customers. - Interest in conversational AI, customer experience, or QA processes. - Freshers with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a curious mindset are encouraged to apply.
