Role: Customer Retention Manager As the Customer Retention Manager you will focus on increasing repeat purchases and reduce churn rate through various CRM strategies. You will analyze customer behaviour & consumption patterns and drive segmented communication strategies to drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Organic Marketing Execution Support and execute end-to-end brand campaigns and organic marketing initiatives. Monitor cultural and category trends to ensure brand relevance and differentiation. Drive brand storytelling through owned, earned, and shared media. Social Media Management Manage day-to-day operations of brand social handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Build and execute monthly content calendars in sync with trending formats. Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and internal teams to create engaging, topical content. Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize content strategy. Public Relations & Earned Media Support PR planning and execution through media coordination, coverage tracking, and relationship building with key publications. Drive the opportunities for thought leadership and organic brand amplification. Agency, Creative & Content Management Brief, manage, and coordinate with internal/external agencies (creative, PR, social, influencer, etc.) for timely and quality output. Act as a bridge between internal strategy and creative execution ensuring alignment of tone, messaging, and deadlines. Contribute ideas to content and campaign development based on consumer insights and market behavior. Campaign Support & Admin Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, launches, and events. Maintain organized documentation for campaign assets, reports, and budgets. Manage day-to-day marketing operations to ensure smooth execution. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree; 3-4 years of experience • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to interpret data and derive valuable insights. • Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding goals • Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software. • Familiarity with Google and Meta platforms would be advantageous. • Ability to quickly adapt to changing marketing trends and technological advancements. • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting. • Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude to work effectively in a team environment. • Open to continuous learning and development in the field of marketing.
