Role: Customer Retention Manager As the Customer Retention Manager you will focus on increasing repeat purchases and reduce churn rate through various CRM strategies. You will analyze customer behaviour & consumption patterns and drive segmented communication strategies to drive revenue. Roles & Responsibilities: As the customer retention manager, you are responsible for increasing the Repeat purchase rate and frequency, thereby increasing the LTV of users. You will define all CRM strategies and own the communications charter through channels including Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp Business, Email and others to drive user journeys across different life cycles Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to generate insights and customer segmentation for creation of upsell/cross-sell strategies. Own the end-to-end user lifecycle through various engagement and retention strategies and plug funnel drop-offs.
