Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a senior implementation and solutioning manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Engage with enterprise customers

    during pre-sales and pilot phases to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Translate customer use cases

    into clear implementation plans, call flows, and customer journeys.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery

    of solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with product, engineering, and operations teams to manage integrations, conduct UATs, and take accounts live.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships

    , acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead project planning and governance

    , ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.


Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience

    in solutioning, implementation, account management, pre-sales consulting or Founder's office roles.
  • Background in

    SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or financial services/fintech

    preferred.
  • Strong track record of

    owning customer implementations

    from pilot to go-live with measurable business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with

    system integrations

    (telephony, CRMs, APIs, or similar).
  • Excellent

    communication and presentation skills

    ; able to influence both CXOs and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong

    problem-solving and analytical mindset

    , with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Highly

    agile and proactive

    , comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Natural collaborator with the ability to work

    cross-functionally

    across product, engineering, and business teams.
