Solutions Architect

Objective:

The Global Capability Centre (GCC) for the Adani Group will be responsible for aligning support services with the broader organizational strategy: i) The GCC would be responsible for the establishment and development of a centralized Functional and Business Services Capability hub for the Adani Group. ii) The GCC will build and deploy world class capabilities in consolidation, optimization, automation, analytics and governance of relevant business processes and services across the Group. iii) The GCC would drive and support group wide projects across the service functions managed by it, including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Master Data Management, Admin service functions among others, and will play a key role in aligning support services with the broader organizational strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a computer science, engineering, information technology or a relevant degree from a recognized University.

Experiences:

• Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for developing automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and their application in building AI models.
• Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing AI and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of database management systems for data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for automating deployment and ensuring continuous integration.
• Proficiency in tools like Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries such as Matplotlib or Tableau for analysing and presenting data.
• Experience with NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK) for processing and understanding human language.
• Skills in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for integrating various components of the automation solution.
• Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
