About the Role : We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the architectural design and technical governance for the ODL & LP projects. This role requires a senior professional with deep expertise in SaaS applications running on Cloud PaaS architectures including Azure and AWS, strong Web Security principles including OWASP Top 10, .NET technologies, NodeJs/Angular and enterprise-grade solution architecture, capable of designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems. The Solution Architect will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, DevOps Engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, process discipline, and client trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for the ODL & LP platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
• Provide architectural guidance on .NET-based applications, APIs, and microservices in a multi-tenant environment.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Web Security, including secure coding standards, authentication/authorization frameworks, encryption, and compliance with InfoSec requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical designs and ensure user stories are technically feasible with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Developers to review designs, code, and PRs; ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and coding standards.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues, ensuring preventive measures and design improvements.
• Work closely with Cloud Teams on designing and implementing highly secure and resilient systems and applications running on the latest services and offerings with both Azure and AWS.
• Work with the QA and DevOps teams to establish strong practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (including clients, partners and vendors) to understand business and functional requirements and expectations and translate them into technical designs and architectures for implementation by the various teams.
• Provide thought leadership on AI-driven automation, process optimization, and monitoring to reduce manual interventions and enhance delivery quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client, representing technical solutions, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years in solution architecture / enterprise architecture.
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core technologies, API architecture, and cloud-native designs.
• Proven knowledge of Web Security standards and frameworks (OWASP, SAST/DAST, penetration testing, secrets management, identity & access management).
• Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and API gateways.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications in financial services / lending platforms and/or automotive domain is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of release management, InfoSec approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process discipline and accountability across teams.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to speak fluently in English and communicate directly with partners, vendors and customers.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-driven solutions for software development, QA automation, anomaly detection, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in multi-region deployments and handling production releases with global teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and ability to play a mentorship role for BAs, Tech Leads, and Developers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
