We’re seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and self-driven Executive Assistant based in India to work closely with our CEO. This role demands a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage executive-level administrative tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support to the CEO in managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups Assist in project tracking, updates, and coordination across teams Manage high-volume email communication, online research, and documentation Draft and prepare presentations, reports, and internal/external correspondence Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, agendas, and minutes Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality Requirements 3–4 years minimum experience as an Executive or Virtual Assistant, preferably in a tech-savvy, remote setting Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project/task management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, ClickUp) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities Reliable high-speed internet and up-to-date computer setup What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere Professional development and growth opportunities A supportive and collaborative team environment Show more Show less
