What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring time, focus, and priorities are aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage executive scheduling, inbox management, and daily priorities with speed and discretion.
• Prepare briefing materials and follow-ups for key meetings, presentations, and international engagements.
• Represent the CEO at networking events, industry gatherings, and stakeholder meetings when required.
• Coordinate cross-continental communications and operations to support our global expansion.
• Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and proactively remove obstacles so the CEO can focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Serve as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or high-level operations role (startup or global environment preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
• Strong networking ability and confidence in representing the CEO at external events.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
• Passion for global mobility, international business, or cross-border innovation is a plus.
