We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Next.js, and backend

development to build and scale modern web applications. This role requires someone who can work across the entire tech stack, designing robust APIs, managing databases, and ensuring high-performance frontend and backend integration. If you have a strong

foundation in full stack development, system architecture, and database management,

this is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using React & Next.js.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) foroptimized performance.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable UI components with modern state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Optimize the frontend for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs & GraphQL endpoints for seamless frontend backend communication.
• Work with Node.js, Express, or other backend frameworks to build scalable services.
• Ensure data security and API protection using best security practices.
• Architect and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems that handle growing business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and usability issues across the stack.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge in full stack development with React & Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with Node.js, Express, or similar backend technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
• Experience with AI/ML-based features or automation in web applications.
• Hands-on experience with API development.
• Experience with authentication & security best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Firebase).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of WebSockets, real-time communication, and event-driven architecture
