Key Responsibilities: • Enter production, inventory, and order data into ERP or database systems accurately and promptly. • Maintain and update records related to raw materials, finished goods, machine logs, and stock movement. • Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports. • Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and procurement teams to collect and validate information. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer data. • Scan, organize, and file physical and digital documents as needed. • Perform basic data analysis or formatting using Excel or relevant software. • Identify and correct data entry errors and report inconsistencies to supervisors.
