We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in the Industrial
Gases manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should extremely good communication skills & will be
responsible for new Business Developments, maintaining relationship with existing Customers for product &
services, and achieving sales & receivables targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in all segments having varied application of our product range.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure long-term success.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals as per Organization SOPs
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, Accounts & Customer Service Group) to ensure
timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales & receivables targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity through CRM tools or reports.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and industry events.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Two Wheeler or Four Wheeler Mandatory with Valid Driving License
