Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our heating solutions, including Thermic Fluid Heaters (TFH), Steam Boilers, and Edible Oil Heaters (EOH), Hot Air Generator and Hot Water Generator, while providing technical expertise and guidance to customers. This role bridges the gap between engineering and sales, ensuring clients receive the right solutions tailored to their operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions/industries.
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
  • Requires frequent travel to client sites, plants, and industrial zones (Min. 18 days per month).
  • Technical Consultation
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including solution design, costing, and technical clarifications.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team for customized solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service coordination.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to generate leads.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanical/thermal engineering products (Boilers, Heaters, Process Heating Equipment).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), MS Office, and digital communication tools.

Educational Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • 25 years of relevant experience in industrial sales, preferably in boilers, heaters, or process equipment.
  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge and passion for sales may also be considered.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary package with incentives based on sales performance (Up to 5.5 lakhs per annum- As per interview).
