The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up, start, and operate injection molding machines and related equipment. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and production standards. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded parts. Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.) as needed. Load raw materials (resins, colorants, additives) into machines. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Troubleshoot basic processing and equipment issues. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and tool changes on machines. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issues.
