Role Overview

Business Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across global operations.
• Develop and implement

  standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  to ensure consistency in documentation and office processes.
• Collaborate with leadership in India, North America, and the UK to align operations with Globeia’s global mobility platform.
• Streamline documentation processing, compliance tracking, and operational workflows across multiple regions.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and workflow automation for scalability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to measure operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across offices.
• Support leadership in building scalable systems that align with global growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in business operations, process improvement, or workflow management.
• Strong background in setting up and optimizing processes, ideally across multiple regions or global offices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
• Proficiency with workflow management tools, ERP systems, and documentation processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Prior experience in global operations or mobility services is a plus.
