Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth client interactions, and maintaining compliance standards. This is a hybrid role with flexible working hours, primarily aligned with North American time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline operational workflows across finance and insurance verticals
• Communicate effectively with North American Team via email, chat, and video calls
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in digital systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Utilize modern tools and platforms (CRM, cloud-based apps, automation tools)
• Assist in reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance industry terminology
• Proficient in using modern technology and digital tools
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Clean police verification record (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with hybrid work setup and flexible hours

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Prior experience in Team collaborating roles or operations support
• Knowledge of compliance and data privacy standards
