Ramon Cuberta Handcrafted MTM is a company based in Granollers, Barcelona that specializes in fully handcrafted Made-to-Measure Men's Wear. We offer personalized support for customers who are not able to visit our Atelier in person. We are excited to be expanding to Moradabad and are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Moradabad for a Business Operations Specialist. The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for conducting business operations analysis and using analytical skills to improve business processes and procedures. The Business Operations Specialist must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Business Operations and Business Analysis skills
Analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision making
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience in a retail or fashion environment is a plus
Experience with ERP or other business management software is a plusmt malik
