Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to manage our digital business operations and customer communications. If you are skilled in handling online platforms and building strong client relationships, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to inquiries on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other social platforms Handle online sales and maintain records of customers, orders, products and payments. Manage customer handling & support with a professional approach. Draft and manage emails, quotations, and follow-ups with client. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery. Contribute to marketing campaigns and help grow our online presence. Requirements: HSC or Bachelor's degree in any Stream or Equivalent Experience.(Freshers are also welcome) Basic MS Excel, MS Word, AI related tools and Canva is must. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Experience in managing social media accounts & online customer handling. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing. Ability to multitask and handle clients with professionalism. Familiarity with e-commerce / online sales platforms is a plus. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
