Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources at AIBM in Ahmedabad. The Head of Human Resources will oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and create strategies for recruitment and retention. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR initiatives, leading HR team members, addressing employee concerns, and cultivating a positive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with other departments to align HR practices with the institution's goals.
