The Head of HR will oversee and manage all aspects of the human resources function including HR management, labor and employment law compliance, and the development and implementation of HR policies. Key responsibilities involve managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the HR team to support organizational objectives. Qualifications Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Knowledge in Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies Proficiency in managing Employee Relations HR strategic planning and team leadership abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
