The Head of Account Management

Location- Magathane, Borivali E

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Success

· Act as the main point of contact for key clients and lead the account management team

to maintain strong, trusted relationships.

· Advocate for client success, ensuring goals are met and value delivery is consistent

across campaigns and partnerships.

· Manage and resolve client feedback, ensuring proactive communication and high

satisfaction levels.

· Drive client retention and minimize churn by consistently demonstrating value and

results.


Revenue Growth & Upsell

· Identify expansion and upsell opportunities, increasing overall client LTV through

strategic cross-sell initiatives.

· Partner with Ad Operations, Sales, and Product teams to develop customized growth

plans for each client.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of new and incremental opportunities through data-

driven insights and relationship intelligence.


Operational Excellence

· Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance, ensuring timely

execution and measurable ROI.

· Leverage analytics to track campaign outcomes, identify improvement areas, and

recommend optimization strategies.

· Manage all opportunities, communication trails, and client histories via CRM tools for

transparency and reporting.

·Analyzing campaign data using tools like Data Studio or Big Query to identify optimization opportunities.

·Solid understanding of data analysis tools and metrics used to evaluate advertising campaigns.

·Strong analytical skills and data-driven approaches, including extensive hands-on experience in Excel.


Leadership & Strategy

· Lead, mentor, and upskill the Account Management team, instilling a culture of

ownership, client empathy, and performance.

· Develop and implement account management frameworks and playbooks to drive

consistency and scalability.

· Partner closely with leadership to define KPIs, forecast growth, and ensure alignment

with Mobavenue’s global objectives.

· Stay current on industry trends, client business updates, and emerging technologies to

maintain strategic relevance.


Required Skills:

Adtech & Rewarded platform

· Experience with and an understanding of performance marketing.

· A proven track record of success managing profitable client relationships and team

Outgoing with strong relationship building skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills along with problem solving skills.

· Experience working with market research and other tools for prospecting.

· Excellent communicator and presenter.

· Organization and time management skills.

· Enthusiastic and passionate.

· Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales, retention, and/or upsell quotas.

· High performer who enjoys contributing along with the success of his/ her team.
