The Role: The Head of Account Management is a crucial position responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role is defined by four key pillars: client retention, revenue growth and upselling, team management (with a team of 15 to 20 members reporting directly to this role), and scaling the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in growing and scaling a business, particularly in B2B insurance for corporate clients, with a proven track record in cross-selling, upselling, and managing renewals. Qualifications: A graduate with 15+ years of experience in B2B Saas sales, Fintech, HRTech, Insurance, or any other relevant field. The Head of Account Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for the business. Below are the 4 key pillars that define the role: 1. Client Retention and Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships by fostering long-term partnerships. Understand clients" needs and ensure they are met through account mapping activities. 2. Revenue Growth and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Work closely with clients to identify additional products or services that can add value to their business. 3. Client Onboarding and Success: Ensure effective onboarding processes and proper training for clients to derive value from the services provided. 4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the account management team, providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support to meet targets.
