Role : Assistant Manager- Key Accounts (Account Management) Location: Borivali East, Mumbai. Experience- 3-4 yrs Note - Only those with Ad-Tech industry experience should apply. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Key Accounts - Assistant Manager. The role involves managing end-to-end relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities include crafting business plans, analyzing account performance, identifying upsell opportunities, and executing customer service strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions is also a core part of the role. Role & Responsibilities 1. Manage day-to-day communication with gaming advertiser clients. 2. Monitor campaign performance metrics: ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention, and CPI. 3. Analyse campaign data to deliver actionable insights and drive results. 4. Build and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, data) to resolve issues and optimize campaigns. 6. Assist with upselling and educating clients on our capabilities and best practice. Key Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, responsive, and clear approach to collaboration. • Possess an analytical mindset with a genuine passion for numbers, data patterns, and performance optimization. • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting, familiarity with tools such as Looker, Tableau, or SQL is a strong advantage. • Display curiosity and enthusiasm for the mobile gaming ecosystem, including user acquisition trends and monetization strategies. Prior experience working with mobile performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention, and CPI is highly valued. • For experienced candidates, a demonstrated understanding of campaign optimization principles, user acquisition strategies, and performance marketing dynamics within the gaming industry is strongly preferred.
