Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources located in the New Delhi Region. The person will oversee and manage HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, LND and compliance. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational development and training programs. The HR will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring HR best practices are upheld.


Key Responsibilities but not limited to

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and vision.
  • Partner with leadership to drive manpower planning, and capability development.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.
  • Mobavenue as employer of choice through proactive branding and outreach.
  • Build strong internal and external talent pipelines.
  • Retention strategies & execution.

3. Performance & Culture Management

  • Design and institutionalise robust performance management frameworks (OKRs, 360 feedback, Reviews).
  • Champion our culture and values; lead initiatives that enhance engagement, ownership, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular culture audits and employee pulse checks.

4. LND

  • Identify training needs and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to drive succession planning.

5. HR Operations, Compliance & more

  • Smooth execution of HR operations, including onboarding, exit management, HRMS workflows, and documentation.
  • Draft HR policies, SOPs etc
  • Admin activities and responsibilities
  • MIS & reports


Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • 6–7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably from the ADTECH world.
  • Strong communication with analytical skills
  • Open to travel to Gurgaon and any other office
