As an HR professional in our company, your main responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals - Scheduling offline and online Interviews - Preparing and discussing employment details with the selected candidate - Ensuring effective recruitment and onboarding process - Managing Employee Details/Records - Managing Office culture and office events - Design policies and maintain HR responsibilities - Addressing employee issues Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree is required - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR is required In addition to the above, the company offers the following benefits to its employees: - Salary offered ranges from 22k to 30k INR based on performance in the interview - Interesting, exciting and challenging tasks - Plenty of room for initiative - 5 working days per week This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Surat, Gujarat.,
