Job Description

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The HR Officer plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure new hires complete all required documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Prepare HR-related reports such as attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.

Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process and track employee evaluations.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.

Policies & Compliance

  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements (if applicable).

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
  • Support internal and external training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
