Account Management Specialist

Role Overview:

• We are looking to hire anAccount Manager

  to join our growing global partnerships team. The ideal candidate is either:
• A

  fresher or recent grad

  with

  excellent communication skills

  and a strong understanding of data, analytics, and user behavior, or
• An

  experienced AM

  (2+ years) who has worked with

  gaming advertisers

  , understands ROAS, ROI, and can translate data into strategic action.
• This is a hybrid role blending relationship management, campaign performance, and strategic thinking to help our partners grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day communication with gaming advertiser clients.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics: ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention, and CPI.
• Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and drive results.
• Build and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, data) to resolve issues and optimize campaigns.
• Assist with upselling and educating clients on our capabilities and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're proactive, responsive, and clear.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and patterns.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for knowledge of Looker/Tableau/SQL.
• Deep curiosity about the mobile gaming space.
• Experience with mobile performance metrics is a strong plus.
• For experienced candidates: proven understanding of ROAS, ROI, campaign optimization in gaming or UA.
