Account Management Specialist

As a Client Relationship Manager at GenY medium, you will play a crucial role in managing perceptions of brands online and ensuring effective service delivery to clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Regular communication with clients to understand their business goals and required services. - Strategic Planning: Developing online marketing plans tailored to clients" business objectives, including online advertising, content marketing, social media branding campaigns, email marketing, and online reputation management. - Project Management: Coordinating with internal teams (content, design, analytics, tech) to ensure the successful delivery of online marketing plans. - Guidance & Support: Providing guidance and support to the internal team for effective service delivery. - Reporting & Reviews: Monitoring and measuring the impact of campaigns regularly, making necessary adjustments based on performance indicators. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and branding. - Understanding of marketing principles and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, online advertising, and content marketing. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate campaign ideas effectively. - Analytical skills for measuring marketing effectiveness and a command on numbers. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Understanding of Tamil and Kannada languages is preferred.
