Account Management Specialist

As an MBA graduate with a specialization in Sales & Marketing, you have the opportunity to join our Account Management team. Your role will involve being the primary contact for assigned clients, managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will prepare account status reports, assist in developing client retention strategies, and handle client queries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
