Job Description

As an Account Management Manager at goGlocal, your primary responsibility is to own and grow key brand relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands and partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, successful activation, and continuous performance optimization across global markets. Your role involves working closely with various internal teams to deliver brand goals, track client performance metrics, conduct regular business reviews, and resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and partners - Oversee onboarding, training, and activation of clients on the goGlocal platform - Develop strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction - Work cross-functionally with product, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to deliver brand goals - Track client performance metrics and proactively identify areas of improvement - Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients - Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, exports, and marketplace listings Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client servicing - Experience working with D2C brands, e-commerce, or export-oriented platforms (preferred) - Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from performance data - Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed account records - Comfortable managing multiple clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, goGlocal offers you a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of brand relationships.
