Executive Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the brand. Your responsibilities will include creating impactful designs and engaging video content that effectively communicates the brand's message across digital platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity and technical skills, where you will be expected to think conceptually, execute with precision, and bring ideas to life through both design and motion. Key Responsibilities: - Design graphics for infographics, brochures, social media creatives, and branding materials. - Edit and produce engaging videos, including reels, ads, explainers, and event highlights. - Develop motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on-brand creative assets. - Optimize graphics and video content for digital and social media platforms. - Stay updated with the latest design and video trends and adopt new tools, including AI. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing. - Strong portfolio demonstrating social media layouts, video graphics, typography, and illustrations. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Expertise in video editing techniques such as pacing, sound syncing, color correction, and motion graphics is essential.
