Executive Graphic Designer

As an Executive Graphic Designer with 1-4 years of experience, located in Sector 48, Gurugram, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design concepts and solutions with high visual impact. You will work on various products such as websites, corporate identity, social media posts, banners, and emailers. Your key roles and responsibilities will include brainstorming and presenting new ideas for company branding and promotional campaigns. You will lead and review the work of the design team in the production of web and digital marketing collateral. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that design requirements and objectives are met. Additionally, you will incorporate feedback into design projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adhere to brand guidelines to meet deadlines effectively. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. You should have 1-4 years of experience and possess strong creativity, awareness of social media trends, and proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
