Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the account management strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.Set clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and client satisfaction.Oversee the development and implementation of account plans for key clients.Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account managers.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.Foster a collaborative and client-centric culture within the team.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market trends.Participate in the development of new products or services based on client feedback.Financial ManagementOversee the budgeting and forecasting for the account management department.Monitor account profitability and implement strategies to maximize revenue.Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
