Staff Augmentation Manager

We are looking for a skilled Staff Augmentation Manager with a strong background in the Domestic Market and IT industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in staff augmentation services within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain client relationships in the domestic market for staff augmentation services.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.

- Manage a team of recruiters and ensure timely delivery of staffing services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service quality.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

- Proven experience of at least 8 years in staff augmentation services within the IT industry.
