Key Account Manager Enterprises & Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for generating business from Enterprise / Mid-market customer organizations, existing & new.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client within the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts, aligning solutions with client goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within defined set of accounts. Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to position our products or services effectively and win new business.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to client accounts, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction scores, and retention rates. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services, highlighting how they can meet the client's needs.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to secure deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties. Close sales transactions in a timely manner.
  • Continuously add new customer Logos to the organisations Bouquet of Clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3- 6 Years relevant experience in selling IT SOLUTIONS comprising Software, Hardware, Networking, Security, Data Center technology and Cloud services.
  • Must have a proven experience in selling IT solutions to Private Enterprises & Mid-Market customers.
  • Must be well connected with OEMs in Server, Storage, Networking, Security, Data Center & Cloud Domain.
  • Must have very strong communication & presentation skills.

Minimum Standard of Education:

  • Engineering Degree (Electronics/ Electricals/ Power/Instrumentation/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Software/ Tele communication)
  • MBA would be an added advantage.

BUDGET: Fixed CTC 9 Lakhs Per annum

Variable Pay 2.5 Lakhs Per annum;

(Payable Quarterly – on achieving 100% Target for the Quarter)
