The Team

Manger /Senior Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team(s) of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and delivering projects across ML / NLP / Gen-AI.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and innovation in AI across these focused industries: BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma, etc.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and drive client engagements to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Design and review solutions on (not limited to) time series forecasting, regression/classification modelling, clustering techniques, Gen AI, etc.
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) for AI and Gen AI related projects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Contribute to RFPs, Assets, other internal/external initiatives.


Desired Qualification-

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science (Statistics/AI/ML) , Gen AI, Agentic AI with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Deep expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical models such as marketing mix models, pricing and promotion optimization, customer value management, next best recommendation, segmentation, sales spend optimization, and demand forecasting.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and align AI approach with business objectives.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and implement advanced techniques to enhance client value.

Location and way of working:

  • Base location: Pan India
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
