Required Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience in inside sales , with a proven track record of selling IT services to clients in the North American market . In-depth knowledge of services within the IT and digital space, such as data migration, automation, and AI . Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive communication style. Demonstrated experience and comfort with cold calling and generating your own leads. Willingness and ability to work in the EST (Eastern Standard Time) time zone to align with client business hours. Experience working with CRM Systems is required.
