Inside Sales Executive

(For North America market)

Kochi, India

Inside Sales Executive


Reporting into: Sales Director


Conversational fluency in French


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in the North American market through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales activities.
  • Service Promotion:

    Effectively articulate and sell our suite of IT and digital services, including

    digital transformation, enterprise data migration, automation, AI services, and infrastructure services

    .
  • Pipeline Management:

    Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring all activities are accurately tracked in our CRM system.
  • Client Engagement:

    Conduct discovery calls and online presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate how our services can provide value.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and ensure a smooth handover for project execution.
  • Market Insight:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Metrics:

    Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • 3-5 years

    of relevant experience in

    inside sales

    , with a proven track record of selling IT services to clients in the

    North American market

    .
  • In-depth knowledge of services within the IT and digital space, such as

    data migration, automation, and AI

    .
  • Exceptional

    written and oral communication skills

    with a clear, professional, and persuasive communication style.
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort with

    cold calling

    and generating your own leads.
  • Willingness and ability to work in the

    EST (Eastern Standard Time) time zone

    to align with client business hours.
  • Experience working with CRM Systems is required.


Preferred Skills


  • Conversational fluency in French

    is a significant plus.
