We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell NICE Gate Automation products. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales cycle through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to NICE gate automation products
Promote products such as sliding gate motors, swing gate motors, boom barriers, garage door automation, and access control systems
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details with customers
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, dealers, and channel partners
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for feasibility and order execution
Maintain accurate customer and lead data in the CRM system
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships with dealers, installers, builders, architects, and end customers
Stay updated on product features, pricing, and competitor offerings

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales, preferably in automation, electronics, or security systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Basic technical understanding of gate automation and access control systems
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
