About the role: Founder’s Office – Growth

This is a generalist, high-ownership role working closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and make them real from strategic exploration to execution and accountability across functions.

You’ll work on new segments, new offerings, and new ways of building the business while also strengthening how we operate day-to-day. (Fair heads-up: this role gets even more exciting once you’re inside you’ll see the kinds of expansion bets and internal initiatives we’re building toward.)


What you’ll do :

  • Strategic growth outlooks & new business bets (0→1 and 1→10)
  • Build strategic outlooks across sectors/segments we want to enter (market mapping, competitor landscape, whitespace, positioning)
  • Help design and launch new service lines / segment plays and support early GTM motion
  • Convert “ideas” into execution plans with metrics, owners, timelines, dashboards, and cadence


Market + internal data analysis (to guide decisions)

  • Analyze market signals: hiring demand shifts, sector trends, competitor moves, and pricing/packaging patterns
  • Analyze internal data: pipeline health, conversions, BD productivity, delivery throughput, client health, revenue mix
  • Deep-dive into business practices: what to double down on, what to fix, what to stop


Execution ownership & cross-functional accountability

  • Own initiatives end-to-end: define scope, coordinate stakeholders, drive execution, and report outcomes
  • Take ownership of key meetings/reviews: prep, agenda, decisions, action items, follow-through
  • Drive growth + accountability across functions (BD, delivery, marketing, ops) through tracking and tight follow-ups


Tech + AI enablement

  • Identify and drive the right tech/AI steps to improve speed, quality, and decision-making
  • Evaluate tools, run pilots, document learnings, and help scale adoption
  • Build lightweight automations/workflows to reduce manual work and increase clarity


Key skills

Mandatory

  • High ownership + execution (you take problems from “unclear” to “done”)
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data
  • Clear communication (writing + stakeholder updates + follow-ups)
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, move fast, and adapt
  • Market research / strategy work (sector mapping, competitive analysis, GTM thinking)


Good to have

  • Dashboards/ops metrics (Sheets/Excel; BI tools / basic SQL is a plus)
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with real outcomes
  • Automation comfort (Notion/Airtable/CRM workflows, Zapier/n8n, etc.)
  • Curiosity and comfort with AI/tech and its application to business ops
