Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React.js, Azure, MySQL, Microservices) – Remote (C2H). Experience Level: 9 to 11 years. Job Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) – Remote. Location: Remote (Indian candidates working in sync with Australian time zone). Work Hours: 6:00 AM IST login required. Duration: Initial 6-month contract, with potential for full-time conversion or contract extension. About the Opportunity: We are hiring a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js, Azure, MySQL, and Microservices architecture. This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) position. The selected candidate will start with a 3-month contract period. Based on performance and business needs, there is potential to either convert to a full-time role or extend the contract. This is a remote role that requires alignment with Australian working hours. Candidates must be ready to log in at 6 AM IST and work collaboratively with distributed teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Frontend (React.js): Build responsive web applications with reusable components using React.js. Manage state using Redux or Context API. Optimize frontend performance for scalability and responsiveness. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adhere to accessibility standards. Backend & Microservices: Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with .NET Core or Node.js (based on project needs). Implement secure authentication, authorization, and error handling practices. Cloud & Database (Azure & MySQL): Deploy and manage cloud-based applications on Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.) Develop and optimize queries, stored procedures, and relational database design in MySQL. Ensure high performance, security, and backup strategies. Agile Collaboration & DevOps: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprints. Use Git/GitHub for version control and CI/CD tools for continuous integration and deliver.y Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing codebase. Required Skills: ✅ React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API) ✅ .NET Core or Node.js backend experience ✅ Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage) ✅ Strong MySQL expertise ✅ Solid understanding of Microservices ✅ Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps culture.
