Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on UI development to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should demonstrate technical leadership, full-stack proficiency, and a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement full-stack web applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC and modern front-end technologies.
• Take ownership of complex features/modules and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, responsive user interfaces with pixel-perfect precision.
• Build reusable and modular front-end components using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Optimize both frontend and backend performance and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices across the team.
• Maintain code quality through automated tests, peer reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and resolve them.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core).
• Strong experience in front-end development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js).
• Solid experience in building RESTful APIs, asynchronous data flows (AJAX, Fetch, etc.).
• Proficiency with SQL Server, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with TFS, Git, Visual Studio, Postman, and debugging tools.
• Strong grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Blazor, Razor Components, or other .NET front-end tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
• Experience leading small teams or managing sprints in Agile environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack development with leadership or ownership roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
