OFC/GPON/Telecom Engineers

You are an experienced Engineer with specialized expertise in Optical Fiber Cable (OFC)/GPON networks. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of fiber-optic infrastructure. In this role, you will need to utilize your GIS skills, network engineering expertise, and problem-solving abilities to efficiently manage fiber-optic deployment projects. Your key responsibilities will include conducting desktop planning of OFC networks using various tools, designing and implementing GIS-based OFC network solutions, managing network tools and GIS applications for fiber-optic infrastructure planning, assisting OFC Network projects including supervision, technical assistance, reporting, and As Built Drawing creation, ensuring accuracy in GIS data, mapping, and network topology updates, providing technical support, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate project updates effectively in both Hindi and English. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in GIS, Civil Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech preferred) and have at least 2 years of experience in OFC network planning and design. Hands-on experience with OFC Network planning, execution, reports, and ABDs is required, along with a strong knowledge of network tools used in fiber-optic infrastructure. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth will be advantageous. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
