Join our Founder's Office and work directly with the team on the most critical problems facing our company. This isn't a typical corporate role, it's for people who want to own outcomes, not just tasks.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 0-3 years (startup experience is a plus)

Location: Gurgaon (relocation required if you're not already here)

- You love ownership and take full responsibility for your projects

- You're hands-on and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done

- You'd rather implement and execute than just strategize

- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can figure things out as you go

What You'll Do

This role is dynamic and ever-evolving, but expect to:

Work directly with founders on client experience, strategic initiatives.

Own critical projects from conception to execution.

Jump between different functions - ops, strategy, growth, whatever needs attention.

Build processes and systems from scratch
