Full Stack Software Engineer

Must-Have:

• 3-4 years

  of software development experience
• Proven track record of building

  end-to-end web applications

  from scratch
• Strong full stack skills (frontend + backend + database)
• Experience with modern web frameworks and technologies
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

• Ground-up experience:

  You've built applications from zero, not just added features

Tech Stack (examples):

• Frontend: React, Vue, Angular, or similar
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or similar
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or similar
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure

Preferred

• AI/Automation:

  Experience with AI integration, automation tools, or LLM applications

• Technical Leadership:

  Has led projects or mentored junior developers

• Startup Experience:

  Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Product Mindset:

  Thinks beyond code—understands users and business impact

  Architect and develop our web application from the ground up

  You'll be responsible for the

  entire tech stack end-to-end

  —infrastructure, backend, frontend, database, deployment, everything

• Make All Tech Decisions:

  Choose frameworks, tools, architecture, and technical direction

• Ship the Product:

  Take it from concept to production and beyond

• Scale as You Go:

  Build for today, architect for tomorrow

• Lead (if capable):

  As we grow, guide technical direction and build the engineering team
