Role Description We’re looking for a Scrum Master who thrives in a startup environment — someone who can blend agile delivery, hands-on problem-solving, and servant leadership to help our engineering teams deliver high-quality software faster and smarter. You’ll work closely with software engineers, QA, DevOps, and product owners to enable smooth sprint execution and remove roadblocks across projects. Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions for one or more agile teams. Partner with Product Owners to ensure sprint goals are clear, measurable, and achievable. Track and communicate team progress using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello . Identify and resolve delivery impediments, dependencies, and risks quickly. Foster a culture of continuous improvement , coaching the team to adopt better practices over time. Support release planning, velocity tracking, and reporting for leadership. Guide team members and stakeholders in understanding agile values, principles, and frameworks. Collaborate with engineering leadership to align sprint objectives with technical priorities and platform milestones. Ensure agile ceremonies deliver business value — not just process compliance. Encourage collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product to streamline workflows and reduce friction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in software development or delivery roles, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks ; certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) preferred but not required. Experience in Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and sprint management. Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps). Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Proven ability to balance startup agility with disciplined delivery. Exposure to cloud-based development environments (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and data science teams to support their DevOps needs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence across Azure, AWS and hybrid environments. Responsibilities · Architect, deploy, and maintain infrastructure on Azure (VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure AD) or AWS (IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, CloudFormation) with security-first principals. · Implement IAM, key management, secrets management, and role-based access controls. · Manage and optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and security. · Implement backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions. · Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. · Integrate automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible) for infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). · Incorporate testing, security scanning, and compliance checks into deployment pipelines. · Develop and support containerized microservices in Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS). · Implement Helm charts, Flux CD, and GitOps workflows. · Enforce best practices for authentication, authorization, and compliance in cloud environments. · Work with architecture and security teams to ensure DevSecOps principles are integrated. · Partner with developers, QA engineers, and IT to troubleshoot and optimize system performance. · Document DevOps processes, architecture diagrams, and deployment workflows. . Mentor engineers on secure coding, cloud security, and DevSecOps tools. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). · 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles. · Hands-on expertise with Azure and AWS cloud services. · Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Harness). · Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). · Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools. · Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell. · Strong understanding of cloud networking, storage, and security best practices. · Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Datadog, Application Insights, Prometheus). · Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and compliance (CIS Benchmarks, NIST). · Exposure to secrets management (Vault, AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault).
