Financial Planning & Analysis
Support periodic reforecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning across revenue, costs, headcount, and margin. Maintain headcount, joiner, leaver, and vacancy trackers aligned to global HRIS data. Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure that monthly management accounts and forecasting structures are in sync. Support the monthly people-cost forecast, including fringe and FX impacts. Build driver-based forecast models and assist in validating key assumptions. Maintain scenario models to support commercial and strategic decision-making. Helping to develop ICP’s cash flow modelsFinance Business Partnering
Maintain close liaison with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Client Partnerships, and Delivery teams. Be a valued and trusted business partner, highlighting key value drivers and business outlook including opportunities & risks Serve as a primary point of contact for the business regarding ad-hoc analysis and supportData, Systems & Process Excellence
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality, and strengthen controls. Serve as the key point of finance contact for the operations business intelligence team regarding their Power BI maintenance and dashboard improvements. Collaborate with the wider Finance team to improve the quality (including through enrichment) and efficiency of financial data flow between business systems and end-users.Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:-
Qualified accountant (ICAI, ICMAI or similar) with relevant experience Advanced Excel modelling skills, with experience in driver-based forecast financial modelling. First class business partnering skills, proven ability to influence stakeholders across finance and non finance functions, driving strategic decision-making. Excellent communication, including fluent English, capable of conveying financial information to diverse audiences.Nice-to-Haves
Background in marketing, media, consultancy, or a similar field, with experience working with blue-chip corporates, is advantageous. Experience with data analysis, for example Power Query and/or Power BI Relevant education including an MBA (Finance) or M.Com from a recognised university
