Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Accounting team for the corporate and G&A Department as an FP&A specialist. The G&A department oversees essential administrative functions supporting the company's operations, including finance, human resources, legal, IT, and facilities management. Your role will involve conducting budget vs actual comparisons, analyzing financial data, validating purchase orders, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly conduct thorough budget vs actual comparisons on a monthly basis. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. - Validate purchase orders and approvals for the G&A Department. - Partner with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis. - Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior management. - Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses. - Prepare prepaid entry and amortization schedule. - Validate all accounting related journal postings and accruals, including prepaid and reclasses. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of relevant accounting experience. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting. - Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting. - Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of Tableau / Alteryx will be an added advantage. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,
