Financial Analyst Company: [ExcelEdge Placements] Location: Visnagar, Gujarat Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM) Experience: 3+ Years Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in a night shift capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with at least three years of experience, and be comfortable working independently in an office environment. This role is crucial for supporting our global operations and requires a meticulous professional who can manage financial data, prepare reports, and provide valuable insights during the overnight hours. Key Responsibilities: * Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and valuation. * Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management. This includes variance analysis, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process and prepare regular financial forecasts, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information. * Financial Statement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to assess the company's financial health and performance. * Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance to provide informed insights. * Ad-Hoc Analysis: Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by senior management. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and support business objectives. * Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to existing financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role. * Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. * Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift. * CFA or other relevant professional certifications are a plus. * Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Visnagar. * Comfortable with the night shift work schedule (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM).
