Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. You will feel comfortable using insights you have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership. You will assist in day-to-day financial reporting including preparing forecasts, budgets, and business plans in coordination. As a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, you will be skilled in finalizing financial statements, implementing financial software, and conducting in-depth financial analysis. Your role will also involve preparing and maintaining accurate and timely MIS reports and dashboards. In this position, you will perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for developing and automating recurring reports to support internal stakeholders, as well as supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with relevant analysis and schedules. Collaboration with various departments such as finance, sales, and operations to gather data and derive business insights will be a key aspect of this role. You will be expected to identify and recommend improvements in reporting processes and business operations, as well as present findings and insights to senior management in a clear and actionable format. Qualifications required for this position include being a CA Inter and Cost Accountant or equivalent experience, along with 6-8 years of financial analysis and modeling experience.
